As I am in the process of gathering the required documents for filling after I get married, I am looking into filling for a CR-1 visa as well. However I am a little confused on the process after the I-130 is sent to the Chicago Lockbox and I receive the NOA1 and NOA2 approved. I have looked at the Step-by-Step guide under CR-1, and after the I-130 gets approved, the Pre-Interview documents, does my wife send that over to the NVC or do I need to send it to the NVC, her consulate will be Mumbai. What is the process after that, when NVC gets the forms. Do keep me posted, as this would help me take and apply for the right visa for my fiance.

Lots of questions. It seems that you are applying for CR1. In that case, you only need to file I-130 along with supporting documents (as mentioned in the Guides). Thereafter, you have some time to wait. Once I-130 gets approved, follow the steps mentioned in loto's guide or ling ling's guide (search visajourney for links). Next time, post in CR1 forum so you will get faster and more responses.
