You are not alone... I add myself ;). Well, I am very tired of waiting and tired of USCIS (Missouri). My AOS case status online never get touch even after I had my AOS biometrics last March 10 '06.

October 1, 2005--fingerprints received/processing resumed

November 26, 2005--EAD card received in mail

June 7, 2006--contact senators about AOS

June 28, 2006--senator says interview date is for August 14!!

August 14, 2006--AOS interview and 1 year wedding anniversary

well we're still waiting on their stupid investigation from April 12, 2005 interview....I don't have enough bad words to describe exactly how I feel about them :protest::ranting::diablo:

thnose chops juilya..it is just terribly wrong and every time i think about it i get angry..one comment from an azzhole with a family grudge..just wrong..same with jaci..just wrong...damn i am pissed ...

They are processing Feb 2005 now though, so I am within posted timelines. I just begrudge spending extra money and time off work to renew my EAD.

Also, I am fairly sure that they will not finish before March of 2007 - that's when my husband gets out of the military and we'll have to swith DO's. Nightmare!!!

OOOOH!!!! New processing timelines and Charleston jumped ahead 9 months - I'm now 3 months behind their processing timeline... called USCIS and started an inquiry :) If I don't hear anything by the 14th, time to write my representatives. It's progress of a sort, at least
