Hi All,

Got married this weekend. Yay! Now starting AOS process... gathering documents, etc.

Looks like we've got everything in order. Just a few quick questions:

1) Does the UCS have to submit at G-325a as well?

2) The affidavit of support should include similar supplemental information as we provided during the K1 process??? My financials haven't changed much, so I'd like to just put in the same supporting matierals.

3) I have read the guides, I've read the pinned threads, and I'm STILL confused about the medical. Hubby's medical was just in London UK, October 2008. We have the DS-3025 (I think). But it seems like people say you should submit I-693A just in case to avoid an RFE. Is that right? And WHERE do we download the I-693A??? Is is part of the I-693, or is it a separate form entirely??

THANK YOU ALL!!!!

1) NO  it is NOT the USC that is adjusting status, it is the K-1 visa holder that is, so only the visa holder fills out another G-325A

2) Yes similar items (US Citizens past 1 to 3 years IRS returns OR transcripts, and recent paystubs, and employer letter)

3) There is no such thing as I-693A any more, just I-693, K-Visas get a medical in foreign country, however they will need the vaccinations transfered to an I-693 by a US C.S. in the USA for adjustment of status, Some have managed to send DS-3025 (Vaccinations record) but others get an RFE for the I-693.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

The I-693A is no longer used. The civil surgeon fills out "part" of the I-693.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
