Hi, I'm new at Visa Journey. I'm a K3/ K4 visa filler but still have my tourist visa. Since i got married (in june in my country, not in US) i didn't visit my husband anymore because i heard i'm no longer a tourist. Of course i don't want the situation of flying there and they sending back home and cancelling my visa and delaying my K3.I was reading some topics at VJ about people still using theirs tourist visa with no problem. Is it true? Is it possible? Is there any kind of law about that? Any office that can say that i'm not going to have problem????

Thank you all!! :star:

I found this email that my lawyer sent me in february. I'm confused, because she says the opposite. Do you know somebody that used the B2 visa while processing the K3? Do you know an email ou phone number that i can talk directly to themto hear their opinium about the case?

Look at my lawyer's email:

once you apply for the K3 visa (meaning you are marrid to a US citizen) you CANNOT use your B2 visitors visa. As soon as you get married, you are no longer a "visitor" and therefore you cant come in on the B2 or else you will have big problems when you try to file. In fact, they will have in the system that you have filed the K3 visa and will not let you in- you will definitely have problems. [/b]
