Does Anyone can give me an idea ,when I can get my interview for AOS, I'm a K3 filler. Thank you for helping.

Hello, i see you filed in August, were you transferred to CSC? what does your case status say online with regards to your I-485?

Those who filled with us in september and were not transferred are already recieving appointment dates and some have gone for their interviews while others already have their green card approved.

Go to uscis.gov and check for processing timelines for the current time frame or use this link:

I filed my AOS to Missouri. I passed my biometric in Dover DE. after there are a document missing, I sent this document back. they got it in 10/10/2008 where I got an update Online .Response to request for evidence received and My case processing has resumed. We will notify you by Mail when we make a decision or if we need somthing from you . This case is at our National benefit center .you should receive a written decision or update in 2 monthes unless the fingrprint or an interview are standard part of this case processing and have not been completed. But I passed my biometric in 09/19/2008.so I called them one time they said will take 8 monthes...

Sometimes they get transferred after sitting at the Missouri office for a long time, but most likely, if you were going to be transferred to CSC, you would have been by now. Unless your local office is very backed up, you will probably get an interview letter fairly soon. Check the August AOS filers thread to compare time lines. I just posted in it, so it is on the first page of this branch.
