hello everyone

Okay so we are planning on applying for Fiance visa, but before I apply for it I'm applying for a Tourist visa, I already have an appointment scheduled for the 9th of January. My Question is, in case my Tourist visa is denied, can I apply for the fiance visa right away? or do I have to wait certain time until I can apply for any visa again?

Thank you so much

They're two separate processes so you could file right away.

Your USC fiance(e) must petition for you first... only after the petition is approved would you be able to begin the application process

YMMV

Tourist visa is applied for by foreign citizen through the NIV unit of the US consulate or embassy.

K-Visa is applied for by US Citizen through USCIS in the USA and eventually is handled by NIV unit at consulate or embassy.

A denial of a tourist visa has NO affect on a K-Visa filing or processing.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
