My fiance is sending me his G325 forms and letter of intent to marry via fedex this week. I plan on mailing my I129 petition out on December 29th. I sent him the link to the forms via email so all he had to do was print them out and sign them. The letter of intent I dated for December 29, 2008. Will this be a problem in anyway as far as when they review the packet they might wonder how I got his forms dated the same day I mailed them off? Or does he need to redate the form? I was just concerned about how old the date would be before filing papers so wanted it as current as possible. Or will this matter at all. I hope I asked this question right.

That should be fine..

You can have him re type it and date it a few days earlier if it makes you feel better..

I wouldn't worry much. Months will pass until USCIS looks at the stuff. We will just write another letter of future intent to marry once we are at the embassy stage!

Good luck!
