bleh! I the weather was ok yesterday in the 50s (personally I hate drastic temp changes like that) and sure enough, the snow everywhere melted, including on the roof of my building, and right into my hallway between the bedroom and bathroom - I have a leaky ceiling :crying: The landlord said the roofer has to wait til it warms up to fix it. Well, yesterday was warm!!

Good morning everyone. I was up earlier but the pain was so intense, so took a percocet and

went back to bed. My side felt like I had gone 15 rounds with Rocky. Will be happy when this

stone passes. Wael stayed home with me today (perhaps coz of the little screaming I was doing)!

Annie I certainly hope your MIL will be on the road to recovery soon.

I am in heaven with this pill. Loved my doctor yesterday when he said "Jeanne you will be

giving birth to a kidney stone".....Was surprised the stone was 5 mm on the CAT scan.

Ok everyone, I hope you are all ok and feeling ok. Take care and my love to all.

Happy Monday MENA (F)

YUCK...I hate Mondays. Its only 11:30pm here. :P But I guess us West Coasters are always running behind.

My MIL is resting now. What a crazy day. I'm exhausted.

I'm not looking forward to work....I have attorney calls all day :( So not prepared...

BTW---ITS SOOO COLD HERE! (well for AZ)...hehe. It was 48 on our way home from the hospital. I froze my booty off!!!

Did they not have like an URGENT CARE there or like hospital annex where you pay like 100 and they see you and take care of you?Its got to be better than going to an emergency room

Yeah, we do have an Urgent Care but believe it or not, when we headed there, they were closed!! I guess Sundays they are closed...however, the hospital was the next closest place after that. Welcome to Arizona!:wacko:

Thanks Tasha you're a sweetheart!

Jeanne...Hoping you are feeling better and I'm glad they were medicating you!! Flying high and happy while giving birth to a stone that size is the only way to go! Big hugs and let us know how you're doing!! (F)

Morning everyone. It's chilly, but not freezing here luckily. I got the majority of my Christmas shopping done yesterday. Only one more gift to go and I'm done! I think Ayman and I will try and brave the mall this evening after work...depending on his mood. We have our Christmas party for work on Thursday and I want to get a new outfit.

I hope all is well with everyone. Sorry to hear your MIL isn't feeling well Nawal, and you too Jeanne.

Happy monday guys n dolls

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Hey everyone! im here. i ended up with an infection in my belly button incision---hence the intenseeee pain that i had. i was in the er from 3pm til 10pm on Saturday. Got an xray, and ct scan with iv contrast. I have an air pocket in my diaphragm that isnt supposed to be there-its not from the gas they filled me up with. Seems he sewed me up a little quick and that extra air got trapped and is causing burning in my tummy. My incision is draining so lots of cleaning...and 2000mgs of antibiotics a day for 8 more days.yay me

anyway omg Christmas in 9 days! Holy crapolie. i still have 4 bags of stuff to wrap, and about 20 more gifts to buy. eeekk. i thought i was making a dent but then i look at the bags of unwrapped stuff and know better!

Hope everyone has a good day!
