And i am cancelling it. Do my fiancee needs to call the uscis, to cancel it? what if he dont call. What will happen to my papers in the uscis? Am i going to have a problem in the future, just in case that i am going to apply for another fiancee visa. Please help me to clear all these things. Thank you

im sorry to hear that... wish u all the best... what i know is, that one has to send a letter to the USCIS and perhaps even to the US embassy to make it proper and be filed in their system that one is canceling the petition. that way, they will void it, and you'll be cleared. then you wouldnt have any probs if someday you'll go thru the same process... just calling them may not be helpful at all. i know somebody who called to cancel it, yet they got an approval, much more an interview... God bless!!! hope somebody here can be more of a help than i am.

The petitioner should write USCIS a notarized letter cancelling the petition.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.

What is wrong in your relationship, dear? That's terrible to hear. However, I can't answer your question. If you decide to go that route, I don't know why you just can't bow out of the process on your end, and let it all expire.

Someone else will have the definite answer, I am sure.
