She was married in PI, then Married again in HK, did she have her first marriage Annulled? If so she will need to provide a CENOMAR or Cert of Annulment showing that first marriage was terminated.

Proof that all prior marriages were terminated is a requirement at the interview.

If Blue slip is the same as the consulate in Guangzhou, then it is not a Denial, it is a request for evidence to overcome.

As others pointed out using all capitals is considered to be SHOUTING! I partly understand what is happening, on a computer that is using Chinese windows sometimes you select caps lock to temporarily disable Chinese IME, the best thing to do is to not do that and take the time to switch the language bar to English (EN) and use small letters.

Ahh.. sige na.. altho if its just to let the filipinos know, best place is on the philippines thread... but i agree there's a lesson to learn from this for all. do not take lightly re terminating all legal marriage before embarking on a new one. its going to be hard for her though with no divorce and just annulment in the Phils. unless she got lots of moolah, that is.
