by mistake i wrote lahore on I129f instead of islamabad is that a big problem please elaborate please, anybody had similar experiances

This is NOT a problem, NVC will assign it to the correct consulate for the prospective immigrant.

The petition will be sent to the immigrations visa unit in Islamabad.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

It is fine, Lahore is also in Pakistan, but the embassy for all of Pakistan is in Islamabad not in Lahore, so you have the right country. You are fine, NVC will send your file to Islamabad once you get your approval
