My miracle/coincidence/just got lucky thing that happened to me was that I drove home drunk from a friends house when I was at the point of intoxication where had I just waited 20 more minutes I would have been past out on the floor. I made a wrong turn on the freeway, an hour from my house, and next thing I knew I woke up inside of a hospital with a catheter on my family jewels. I felt like I just woke up out of a coma. It was a miracle that I didn't get into an accident and kill somebody or myself. This was three and a half years ago.

Now whenever I hear on the radio about a complete idiot who drove drunk, got into a fatal car accident, and killed a family full of innocent people but the drunken idiot was the only survivor, I recall my situation. I think to myself that the idiot drunk driver woke up in a hospital, just like I did, not having the slightest recollection of what happened or how he/she got there. The only difference is that within 10 minutes of him/her waking up in the hospital, the nurse broke the news that he/she killed an entire family and that he/she will be heading to prison for a very long time. Could have been me...

Yup...there is nothing miraculous about an adjudicator doing his or her job. Miracles are things which are beyond human control, which doesn't apply to an NOA2.

Actually accounting for the speed which they get things done I would say its a miracle anything happens much less getting anything adjudicated...

Yup...there is nothing miraculous about an adjudicator doing his or her job. Miracles are things which are beyond human control, which doesn't apply to an NOA2.

If you had their workload you could understand why it takes so long.
