Hello to all. This is my first post here and I've learned a great deal from the guides but I still have a few questions. I'm getting married on January 3 and plan on applying for the CR-1 and possibly the K-3 if it will speed things up. Anyway, I feel pretty comfortable with the whole process up until the I-130 is approved. I was thinking of saving time by taking all of the documents that my soon to be wife needs to sign with me so we can take care of it after the wedding. Below is the list I came up with so far. Can someone let me know if this is a pretty good idea and also tell me if I'm missing anything?

1. G-325A (Beneficiary)

2. DS-230

3. DS-3032

My other question is about the NVC. This is probably a silly question but the flowchart says that there a two independent tracks. However, am I correct in thinking both tracks need to be completed before the NVC process is complete? Thanks in advance for any advice.

:)

Yes, I'm aware that the G-325A goes with the I-130 but I just thought it would be a good idea to have every document that needs a signature with me. Thanks for the assistance. I will definite have all legal documents prepared ahead of time.

If you may potentially file the I-129F for a K3 visa (I'm not advising that.) you'll want two full sets of the G325a, one for each petition.
