You continue to wait.

Your timeline and signature indicate the I-130 was filed by a green-card holder which makes the visa F2A, NVC is processing F2A petitions for PI filed back in 2004 about 1 year before your petition.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_1360.html

Your timeline also indicates working on citizenship, once a US Citizen, you can contact NVC and get the F2A converted to an IR-1 and get it immediately processed. More than likely NVC will require a copy of Naturalization Cert to prove citizenship.

At that time NVC will send out an I-864 bill, and fee, and later will send petitioner a DS-230 packet requesting foreign citizen docs.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
