J1 waiver is on its way...Now the AOS, EAD and AP game begins

Hello! Ugh! Finally, the J1 waiver with favorable recommendation is on its way....My I-130 which was filed in April just got updated. So, now starts the AOS, EAD and AP....Thanks God...

My timeline.............. All filed in 2008

J1 waiver (No Objection) with the Department of State

September 5 ------------- received DS-2019s, fee, DS-3035

September 17 -------------received No Objection Statement from Philippine Embassy in DC

September 25 -------------received Statement of Reason

December 5 -------------- Favorable Recommendation appeared

December 5 --------------- Recommendation sent

Currently waiting for the hard copy in the mail and the USCIS notice

I-130

April 13 -------------------- filed/sent to Chicago Lockbox

April 15 -------------------- received (filing is at VSC)

--------------- application never got touched at the VSC -------------------

November 6 --------------- transferred to CSC (after almost 7 months of No Updates)

November 14 ------------- touched

December 12 (12 noon Eastern)------ US Citizen husband called USCIS to bring case to attention (It is already outside

normal processing time since counting starts from the day it was filed - according to USCIS

person)

December 12 (checked today, December 13) ----------- touched

AOS, AP EAD --------------- we will send all by Monday, December 15th assuming the DOS recommendation received.
