hi,

based from my experieced they don't asked me anything like that,it's all in the packet 4,but what my husband did he sent me all the photo copy of his

stuff like that,i still brought it at the USEM....

u focus on your email, chat, letter, card, pictures,so on and so forth....for sure u know what are those....but u don't need to bring tons or kilos of your proof

of relationship only some of them to show up.

My pre screener and the consul only asked me the pictures,5 pics of out wedding then some of our happy moments pic....well that's the only thing i grab on my bag....but i brought several.

just incase.....hehehehhe

then consul asked me greeting cards and email....that't it and he told me it seems that all your documents are OK so what u gonna do next is wait for your name to be callled and you can go home.

then after 3 mins my name was called again, they gave me pink slip and they return back our pics ,pay for visa delivery and i went home........

then after 2 days i got my visa in hand....yeheeeeyy!!!

just be prepare with every question they might ask, always remember be calm and relax....be confident it's just like ur having a conversation.....

interview is just like your friend asking information about your husband.......

anywy good luck...................

Not needed at the interview, you are CR-1 and I-864 was sent to NVC for processing, if NVC had any issues with the affidavit of support, they would have sent the petitioner an RFE.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Hi, This is really confusing. Please clarify it with us. Many have responded in my previous post that we need the original signed affidavit of support at the time of interview. But my husband explained to me that the instruction did not require to submit original AOS at the time of interview. But since many have posted we need originals and we will do what is necessary.

Please help us with this.

original or photocopies I-864?

Thank you so much and happy new year.

It is better you have the originals with you at the time of the interview..they might not need it but chances are they would look at it.The affidavit of support should be of course original...mine before was even notarized but the latest form don't have to be notarized.

If you have just filed for IR-1/CR-1 then the original would have gotten sent off to the NVC after your case gets there, and also from what I have been reading that the I-864 is no longer required to be notarized.

Hi

maybe "yan" did the k3??? we sent the original I-864 to nvc and according to members here we need original signed affid at manila embassy. So we need to make another affidafit ?? and does it have to be the same date as the first one we sent to nvc?
