As what I can remember, my hubby sent me the I-134 affidavit of support which is notarized, letter from his bank, letter from his employer, 3 years recent tax transcripts and W2s, his birth certificate and passport copy and proofs of us having a relationship together, such as credit card statements of his spendings while in the philippines, his phone bills with cards exchaged etc.

ON my side, there are specific forms which was included in my appointment letter that i need to provide the day of my interview. And im alone when I had my interview, my hubby didnt flew to the philippines to save money too. Good luck to you guys
