Hi I received my NOA1 for I130, and there was a typo on the beneficiary name, so I called to get it corrected, and they said I need to wait upto 30 days for a new NOA. Now for sending I129F for K3 visa do I need to wait for the corrected NOA, or can I send it with the incorrect name one, and write a note on, I called in to fix the typo, and so on?

this is not fair that immigration can do such a mistake

If someone can help me with an answer would be much appreciated

thanks

hope to hear from you soon
