yaaaa after many months of waiting we finally got a hard copy of the NOA2 today it was dated Dec 4th, with no email notification and no touches. im sooo happy its here one step closer to being with my fiance yaaaa...when you think this day will never comes. it finally does. i cant belive how relieved i feel. keep your chins up to everyone that is still waiting your time will come soon i promise...

Oh my God what an agony I can only imagine how desperate you were, but thank God you got it!.

Did you ever talk to somebody in Customer Service to hurry your approval? I think somebody said or did something cause they are finally working on them!, they are approving even August.

04/29/09 - Applied for Social Security (He was in system!)

04/30/09 - Wedding day!!! Yeeebaa

05/07/09 - SS card in mail. "valid for work only with DHS authorization"

05/13/09 - Sent AOS paperwork.

06/16/09 - Biometrics Apptmt.

06/25/09 - EAD Card in mail!

06/26/09 - Letter saying case transfered to Cali.

08/08/09 - Residence Card in Mail! Yuuupiiiiiii.

THE END FOR 2 MORE YEARS.

Congrats!!! It's time for ours now too I guess!! :-)

ty all and im sure those that are still waiting it wont be long til yours is here too. just one question how do i know when its moved onto the next step? do they send another letter by mail. even though we have the hard copy the USCIS website still says we are pending i think thats a little weird anyway at least we have some good news and thanks again everyone your all amazing

You can call the National Visa Center (NVC) and they can tell you whether they already received your case and/or forwarded it!

ok think i am getting this a little blonde

new here trying to get around this and stomblei!!!

Tried to in sert hubby and me photos but always says to big !

just joined last week intersted to hear others stories and time lines filed aug and sept hubbie coming from australia!

Been so long since i have seen him ! So any form AU need to know dose my hubbie need to go to sidney to get interview! He is in melbourne!
