Hi VJers,

My visa category is CR1 and i am syrian and living in Manila , got married here in Philippines and US Embassy Manila interview is jan -13-2009

Should i do DV ( documents verification ) ? all my documents are syrian not philipino except my marriage certificate

Document verification is done by NSO for civil records of Filipinos. However this has been waived since October 2008. But in your case, I believe that you should have your documents translated into English and have them certified by the Syrian Embassy in Manila.
