Hello! How many of you are July/August K3 filers at VSC? If you are please tell me if you have any updates to your case at all. I do not got anything new since August and that really makes me mad.

Dont worry im an August filer and havent had anything since August either!! Its very frustrating and worring to be honest. It kind of makes me feel a little better to know im not the only one. I just wish they would get a move on already!!! Keep my updated if you get any touches or any thing please!!

Hey there Im an August filer too. No news for us either. But I saw that April filers have not been approved yet so i guess...we have much more to wait. It is frustrating I know, more being with VSC that takes so much time approving petitions.

Hello every 1.. I am new to this group,I just wanted to add my 2 cents I am also a July/August filer and haven't heard anything as of yet. I did call the USCIS office and spoke to C/S.. I was told they are sill processing pettions that were ahead of mine and it could be about 142 days.. I asked was that a total .. or did she mean an additonal 142 days.. I was told it should be around 142 days total, and if we hadn't heard anything with in our 6 mo processing time,we could as to have a supervisor review our case.. well six months will be 01/27/09.. I am counting the days.

So, 142 days and then we can call them and see if we will be approved or not? They told me it would be 8 mos atleast and 10 mos at the most. Therefore, I figure that we got 132 more days to go on our case. I tell you they need to get on the ball at VSC.

Im a July/August filer. Got touches in October but nothing since then. Unfortunately it appears we may have longer wait than those preceeding us, however this too shall pass in time.

Hello! How many of you had touches in Oct-Dec? I never had any since Aug. I wonder why I am the one of a few who did not get an Oct touch?
