Ok ok you were....partially right! The Heat hung tough and made some good shots in the end. BUT BUT they had absolutely no reason being down 13 after coming out gangbusters and leading all the way. I think they were fortunate to have eeked out a win. Nevertheless, a W is a W is a W, whether by 2 or 20 its a win!

My Mavs did a good job coming back as they did, but they didn't execute at the end so they can go to their hotel and think it over.

All in all it was a good game. Congrats, Peter!! See you Thursday!!

Oh and what the h - e - double hockey sticks is up with Mr. Wade's spelling of his first name....I just noticed yesterday he spells it Dywane....like DY-wane and not DWAY-ne. Do you know the story behind it?

Dywane, Udonis

My vote is for the lesser of the two evils (and yes, Dallas is evil for eliminating the Suns!).....so I'm voting Dlallas. That, and Shaq bugs me.

Shaq annoys the daylights out of me on the court - but I like him as a person off the court. Thank God they broke up him and his girlfriend, Kobe (can't stand that son of brooklyn bridge on or off court).

What I do like was how Shaq called Eric Dampier Erica and Eric came out and did a SUPERB job defending Shaq.

But I do expect the Heat to come out blazing tonight. Mavs just gotta play their game withstand that 1st half surge, keep it close and run at the end - Mavs need 4th Q energy to keep up with Dwayne. Dirk better come with it or I will knock out his dentures.

One game down two more to go in Miami and the Heat will not lose at home. And yes the games are going to be close and there are going to be “swings” where Miami will be up by 15 points and then down by 10 points and the same will happen to the Cavs. But at the end of the game Miami will be victors!

Elizabeth - Eric Dampier has not stop the “Shaq”, the Dallas Mavericks are triple teaming him. They are using three guys to stop Shaq. There is not any one player in the NBA that can stop Shaq, trust me when I tell you this, even at his old age of 34 years old. Dallas Maverick are very smart and this is a very smart move but it has been tried for the whole span of Shaq’s career and it has not worked! It works for a little while but not for a whole game or a whole series.

Go Heat!!!

Hi Elizabeth,

I am at work dying paying the price for yesterday; I do not have any voice left. Got home about 2:00am and watch the replays and comments about the game. Did not get to bed until around 4:30am and I was up at 6:30am to get ready and go to work. I am worthless today, I am a C.P.A. and deal with numbers all day but today I can not add 1+1. LOL

Remeber there is no game plan against the "Shaq" and the "Flash"!

Are you becoming a Miami Heat fan yet? Or will it happen after we win game 4 or 5?

Regards,

Peter Miami

Oh my... someone is getting a little cocky!!! I guess a Dallas win tomorrow will put a lid on that. To say Miami will NOT loose at home is a very bold statement. I haven't checked their season record, but have they NEVER lost at home? Are they invincible at home?

Either way, I think it would be great for Dallas to WIN the FINAL Game in Dallas in front of the Dallas crowd, at the American Airlines Center!!! :D

Quite true. But I expect Avery to make the necessary adjustments coming into game 4!

Let me think Coach Avery has been a head coach for one season (164 games) and assistant coach for two seasons (328 games) at best. Coach Avery comes with a game plan to stop the Miami Heat, I find it very doubtful but more surprising things have happen. But I tend to go more with what happen with the game two of the finals as an abrasion. But who knows these are only guess and I know as much as the next guy.

Let me ask you, want do you think of Pat Reilly then? The all-time most winning and best head Coach to ever coach a game of Basketball, chop liver? Will Avery out Coach Pat Reilly? I do not think so but we shall see.

Good luck,

Peter Miami

:lol: You sound like me - back when NY and Miami had that rivalry - I used to watch 2am replays of the game that I "was at"!!:blink: Glad my job no longer involves math!!!

I like Miami - the city; my brother lived in Miramar for a while, but I can't be a Heat fan. The NY-Miami thing.....it would be like incest. I don't have a better word....alas. It would feel really creepy. After a come from behind win, where I think Zo blocked Spreewells shot to end the game, Zo called all the fans MFs and the cameraman got it and that lady that raised him, called him up and told him off...."Now, Alonzo, why was my baby cursing on TV? I raised you better than that! Don't make me come down there and whoop you! " I think he was scared.

Oh no I was not EQUATING Avery with Riles. But that is Avery's job - he HAS to adjust and I expect him to. It's war - change your battle plan to get the job done. Even if Mavs win the whole thing, I would not be able to say he outcoached Riles. I am not on crack.:lol:

Well it is that time again, Thursday, June 15, 2006, game 4 of the NBA Finals in Miami, Florida. The Miami Heat are ready and on “FIRE”!

It is going to be a good tough game but the Heat will win! I predict that Shaq “The Diesel” will score 30 points with around 8 to 10 boards (rebounds) and this will happen because since they have been triple teaming him. They now have to double team Wade (it was easier to guard him when he had a nose infection and the flu like he was in game 1 and 2). So you can no longer triple team Shaq if you have to double team Wade.

So bring on Mavs because your are in serious trouble tonight.

I will be at my seats almost court side in my “White Hot” Shaq jersey tonight.;)

Go Miami Heat!!!!
