Hello my dear vj family. I had my biometric done last 14th of November. I do not have any idea what comes next after my biometric. I check my case status in USCIS site, and it says the same thing...PENDING. After my biometric, I have not heard or received mail from USCIS anymore. Also, how will you know if your papers have been forwarded to any service center? It has been 2 months since USCIS received my papers.

Your answer is highly appreciated!! Thank you!

After biometrics you wait...wait until your applications such as EAD, AP and AOS is approved. You can register on the USCIS website and see if your status had change, or they will email you if your case was approved. Your case online will change and email you too (sometime) if your case was trasferred..Good luck to you

You should receive your EAD in the mail, assuming you applied for one, on or before 90 days. If your AOS is transferred to CSC it should show up in your Case Status Online and you should receive an email if you signed up for email notification.

Case Status Online is not always updated reliably.

Is that for your AOS? Basically after your bio you you will get an invitation letter to meet with an officer for an interview. How long? it depends on where your service center is but most likely you have to wait forever, don't forget you're dealing with USCIS. Good luck to you..

Usually after the biometric exam, you will be start to receive your EAD or AP (if you have applied them together with your AOS application). Also, you will be getting a letter to schedule for an I-485 interview.

I got my letter 1 month after my biometrics exam, and just did my interview today! Try check my timeline, that might give you a little better idea! GOOD LUCK!!!
