for those who received an interview letter, there's section says Received date, right?

is that received date same as your receipt date of your NOA?

because I didn't receive my NOA1 letters for my whole paperworks and I do not know when would be my NOA date and my receipt date

i received my interview notice and it says received date is march 12th..

I'm desperately waiting for my EAD and uscis website says all 3 written notice was returned by postoffice on march 27th. and I didn't have any idea when I can make an infopass for 91days.

please help me with this. I tried to call uscis but there was no option for me to talk to customer representatives

If you have access to your cases online, it says there when it was received.

2006.3.27 NOA1 for I-130,I-131,I-485,I-765 sent to us according to online case status, but didn't rcv'd

2006.4.10 Check with post office to make sure our address&name is correct on their file.

2006.4.26 Took finger prints and a pic in Denver

2006.5. 3 I-130,I-485,I-131,I-765 Touched!

2006.5.23 Rev'd Initial Interview Notice for July 10, 2006 9:15AM IN DENVER!

Based in your timeline, your NOA1 date will be anytime between June 12th and 27th. Probably the received date would be 12 or 13. You could make an infopass for June 13th in your local DO to get the interim EAD. BUT, you need the NOA1 to show at the infopass appiontment!!!

Anyways, I would keep calling USCIS to ask them to mail me again the NOA1. Maybe you have some luck and get it b4 your interview... Who knows... If you are desperately to work and already have an offer, you should keep tryin...

Good luck!!!

thanks. I will keep trying. I actually talked to USCIS customer rep. over the phone and the person said take my USPS receipt and my biometrics NOA to my DO and ask them for Interm EAD and tell them I didn't received my NOA1.

she said it is not guaranteed but I can still try.

so we'll see what's gonna happen.

so it is 90days from received date, right?

Thats good!!! I didnt think about that (bring the NOA from the biometrics)... I think you can get it with that!!!

And yes, you count from the "received date" not the NOA1 date!

Good luck and keep us posted!!!
