Question I-485

hey guys,

im filing out form I-485 but there are some questions i want to be sure of

Part 1:

"date of last arrival" (my husband has come in only once, so i put that date, right?)

"current USCIS status" (what would i put there? his 90 days were over a month ago)

"expires on" (this is the most important, what should i put here? he has an expiration date on his stamped visa next to the date it was issued. do i put that or do i put the 90 days, when they were over. his 90 days were over in november. the date his stamped visa in his passport have is january)

Part 3:

"what status did you last enter" (should i put K1 visa)

"consulate where visa was issued"(should the consulate address or the state, country?)

1) only date you can put is the last and only one

2) K-1

3) date on I-94

4) K-1

5) Managua, Nicaragua if that was it....
