Hi guys hope everyone is doing well

My question is do i have to wait on an adjudicator to review my AOS packet before i get a biometrics appointment letter, I ask because i really need my EAD . Thanks in advance for ur replies

Biometrics is normally scheduled about 4 weeks after your AOS packet is received. You need to have your biometrics done so that your EAD and AOS can be processed.

They have to start reviewing your application yes, if only to make sure you have all the forms that they need to get your application started.

There is nothing you can do to fasten the process at this point. As much as you want your EAD all you can do right now is wait.

If you have nothing 90 days after their received the application, then you can let them know.

I went home yesterday and received my bio appt letter it said the 12/19/2008,Guess what i wasted no time i woke up this morning and went straight to the ASC and they took my prints they did not ask me any questions i just went inside and told the security guard that my notice said the 19th but i was told i can get it done before and he said sure no problem. So thats done

Wow... I'm in Miami too... maybe I should consider going in early. How long was that wait?
