I just checked the USCIS website, as I do everyday before and after work, and...... I WAS TOUCHED!!!!!! :dance:

I then clicked the thing to see status. No change.

But I'm hopeful!! A touch today, hopefully an NOA2 tomorrow/Monday. B)

Lol. Isn't funny how after such a long wait that the simpliest things such as a simple touch could be a cause for a celebration? I this touch culminate into an NOA2 for you. We got past the NOA2 only to wait for the medical. Sigh

Nat, I hope you are approved soon. No touches on my case. But here is the update on my case: my congressman's office told me that my case was still on an officer's desk. But it has been that way for a while now. So Friday afternoon, they requested my case be transferred to the supervisor in an expedited manner. Monday the transfer should be confirmed. Let's see what happens this week

me im still nervious as a long tailed cat in a room full of rockin chairs... I have crossed all the :T's" and dot'd all the "I's" on every form we have had to use. But still nothing unsettles my stomach more than having mine and Angela's fate determined by someone else.

June 25th is the date i can't wait for it to be over with and have a Approval, i dare not think about the alternative... my heart will be broken (

I have my interview tomorrow at 1pm. I've checked all my paperwork about six times today just to make 100% sure I have everything.

I'm feeling extremely emotional and totally stressed out

I now need to try get a good nights sleep knowing that this will be the last night of uncertainty before our future is determined for us.

Joshua, I wish you the best of luck. I had the same fears. I literally made like $400 over the poverty line for a family of 6, which we are. I was terrified. Also, last year I made just under it & when you look at my taxes, I had so much other stuff taken out that reduced my taxable income that it looked scary as hell. I didn't think we were going to make it.

You know what? They didn't even look at my proof! I couldn't believe it lol.

I hope you get the same kind of luck

This is some of the hardest waiting through the whole thing, and knowing someone else controls your destiny sucks - seriously. I hope you guys have a great interview and an easy officer and come straight home and tell us everything!!!

What a loooong day it's been for me, but worth every moment... Visa approved!

Must admit I was a bit confused because I wasnt told I was approved, I was just handed a little green slip and told to go back on Thursday at 2pm...untill I read futher where it said, 'to collect immigrant visa.
