yaaaay! I passed the medical exam will now get ready for interview, the judgement day

congradulations!! Angela passed her's too this week, she had to go back twice - horrible traffic the first day and didn't arrive till late. there was no problems and now shes all ready for the interview comming up - im so excited

i pray for everyone who still hasn't gotten there app's approved. i can only imagine the frustration, but be positive, there is going to be a day when this is all behind us. we can all say then, thank friggen god that is over with!!

she jus went back the next day, at st lukes its not a appointment style clinic rather it is a pure clinic in the sense, first come first serve. Had everything not gone wrong starting the night before the first day i think she could have made it in a day... photo's were lost and had to be retaken on the day of the medical, had to print a letter from the embassy so she would be admitted, and manila's famous traffic. she did it all on two hours sleep. yes it did take a while to wake her up both days.

I jus hope the days keep going fast - we are so ready to be done with all this and be toghter

So my contact told me that my case can not be expedited because it is already with an officer. So I should have my approval this week or next. I'm not holding my breath, but it is some good news. I'll let you know when I hear something else.

Not to give disappointing news, but be aware, the case worker at the congressman's office had said that my file went on the 19th of May to the officer to be ajudicated. That was 3 weeks ago. Haven't seen or heard anything. I hope your luck is better than mine.

On Friday, someone at VSC told me that my case was with an officer. Today I called & asked what date it was assigned to an officer. To my -ness, the person told me that my case has NOT been assigned to an officer yet, and she doesn't know why the other person told me otherwise.

Wow what a surprise in my mail box after a bad day at work. 2 letters...one from Vermont (129F approval!) and another from the NVC that said they received the petition and will forward to Manila in 1 week. it still has not sunk in but it will shortly.

NO email notifications...............

NO email updates..................

Actually the USCIS website has our petition as received and pending, yep it has been saying that since 23 Dec 08. If the USCIS is not going to use the email or website updates to keep us (THEIR CUSTOMER) informed on our progress, why have it in the first place? Hey congress, how much are we spending on a broken website? Oh yeah you busy spending OUR money on a broken car company. Sorry

Anyway I wish everyone a fast approval.
