December '08 Vermont K-1 Filers

Hang tight most December filers are getting approved. But you can't really freak out until six months comes. *shrugs*

Nah, not true. You can freak out through the whole process. It's really hard to watch the people around and especially ahead of you getting approved while you are left wondering what you did wrong or if you will even be approved sometime this millenium. It's really hard, but hang in there. There's not much you can do before the 6 month mark except wait but stay strong, your turn is coming

LOL- that's awesome. I'm going to have to share this with my coworkers; I work at Hulu! I just started three weeks ago and it's been an amazing experience so far! NatPatBen, I believe you may have earned a shout out at one of our biweekly meetings! :-D

I don't mind at all. And without boring you too much, I'll just say that I'm tasked with looking at all processes critically and find ways to make them more efficient. It's a great job and the most fun work environment I've ever had or heard of!

No approvals for today? Come on Vermont, it has been a terrific week for us December Filers don't let us down on a Friday.

Just some further information regarding our case, National Visa Centre received our petition from Vermont yesterday, so those of you who've had similar NOA2 date to us give the NVC a ring to check if your case has arrived.

You will need your Receipt number to hand and make sure you know your partners Date of Birth

Number to call is 603-334-0700, press 1 for English speaking and then 5 to speak to an Operator.

It's been quiet in here lately. I guess the approved December filers are gathering paperwork for packet 3/interview and those of us not yet approved are busy checking Igor's List/email/snail mail every few minutes.

I'm hoping VSC has a 66-approval week (like they did several weeks ago) and knocks out all the rest of the December filers.

Hopefully we will see some approvals today....like maybe me! It's frustrating to see people get approved with a date after mine, even it is a day a 2. And now people are getting approved with an NOA2 in January (although I think that was the date they received it in the mail and not the date on the NOA1).

I can only imagine how the people feel who are still waiting before me, or who are still waiting from October, November or MORE!

Woo hoo!! Woke up this morning and got an email from CRIS saying Carolina and I have been approved!!

We were getting more and more worried and desperate; this is such a relief!!!
