My fiance filed the I-129F Fourth week of December 08...

And my fiance said that the office will work on his letter on the first

week of January since it was holiday...How long will it takes?

Some of the info that I read here they got their NOA1 after

1 week or 2 weeks but about me here I haven't receive any thing

from the US embassy...How long will i need to wait for the notice?

Please give me some information about my question here...

Can't believe it! Saw the email come through and I knew it was from them, then I started to get queasy and my stomach starting to twist and turn, didn't open it for the first 30 secs, hahaahah!

Hello Everyone !! I didn't see any thread for Vermont December K-1 Filers, so I'll like to start one so we can keep track of our progress. Anyone out there that have mailed out their I-129F package, waiting for their check to be cashed or NOA1. I would love to hear from you all. :)

you should have recieved youre noa1 within a couple weeks ,make sure youre registered at there website and call them

I'm having such a hard time remaining calm.....I feel so frustrated from the long wait. What I still don't get is that VSC says that it processes in the order received yet there are many with earlier dates who haven't been approved yet and some petitioners with later dates (e.g. late December) who have already been approved....and I don't even have any touches yet. :crying:

How can this be?? Argggggg.... :angry:
