Holy #######. I just got approved today!!! I checked my email first but nothing from CRIS but went to their website and saw that I was approved. What sux is that I've already booked a trip to go see her. April is when I'll be leaving but now this. I should be happy and I am but now I don't know what to do. I had a feeling that I might be approved before my trip but couldn't be certain that I would. I'm thinking maybe I should just take this trip and when she's approved for her visa, take another trip to go get her.

So not too dead today. Woohoo.

Whoop whoop! Congratulations

Congrats on the approval :)

Now I'm going to say something bitter. Does anyone else's claws come out when they see the topics 'Approval in 31 days' blah blah blah. Ugh. Shut up already.

HAHAHA

Ok. Rant over.

I am happy for them that they got theirs so fast. I know we can't compare ourselves, but erm, I can't seem to fully retract my claws anymore.

Guys,

What month do you think we will get our appointments at the embassy? (keep in mind I got my NOA2 late Dec) I am trying to see airfares for July (that is the month I am hoping). I have frequent flyer miles that I wanted to use to fly to my SO's country for the interview. I was saving them. However, the end of June, all of July, and beginning of August are all blacked out. So you think I should just use my miles for a visit, or should I wait and see when the appointment is? I could always save it as a honeymoon ticket too :) We will get married in September and that is hurricane season :/ so don't know how possible that will be either!

Depends on the embassy really, check your embassy's portal and see what the estimated time fram form package 3 is until interview date.

Congrats on the approval :)

Yeah but I have stopped looking at CSC along time ago nothing I can do to change it. Though I though I would of been approved by now. Seems like VSC has been focusing alot on their older cases, which they should do, those people were ahead of us in the long line.
