December '08 Vermont K-1 Filers

Hello Everyone !! I didn't see any thread for Vermont December K-1 Filers, so I'll like to start one so we can keep track of our progress. Anyone out there that have mailed out their I-129F package, waiting for their check to be cashed or NOA1. I would love to hear from you all.

Hello December filers!!!!

I sent my I-129F petition on 12/13/08. I just checked and they recieved it in Vermont on 12/17/08. I sent it priority, but I guess with Christmas priority is taking longer. My check hasn't been cashed yet. I can't wait to hear some confirmation, other than from the post office.

I hope this process is quick and smooth for everyone. I know how hard it is to be away from the one you love.

Hi to all, I also belong to December 2008 (I-129F K-1) filers. We received our NOA1 last December 11, 2008 waiting for NOA2 now. Hope that processing in VSC will faster than we are expecting.

Wishing us all a fast and worry free process and a speedy approval.... We drop our packet via Express Mail on December 2, but was misrouted to Boston! Hopefully it found it way and we got our NOA-1 on December 5.

I was just over at the USCIS page to see if they've updated processing time forecasts and I got this message:

Server is currently unavailable or down for maintenance

Sooooo, maybe we'll get some new (and hopefully positive) information soon! I will post-back if new info has been updated

Congratulations to all those that have received their NOA1's in the mail.

I checked the uscis site today the last time i was touched is still saying 12/2/08, i'm still waiting for my NOA1 to come in the mail. Hoping i get it before Christmas day.

I got the server error too Bono - and I also got excited. Don't ask me why lol. I don't think I'll get another touch for quite awhile, but I thought the server error must be magical or something haha. *poof* APPROVED - not!

Time has seriously started a very slow crawl for me. I'm going to have to get busy doing something else so I don't go bonkers checking the USCIS site every hour for the next few months.

sent it in Dec. 15 and was recieved on the 18th... so...hoping to see the check cased AND the NOA1 THIS WEEK! (though the holidays may affect that?)

i thought my packet was huge...but wow, that packet you took pictures of is gigantic!

yes i hope we can all have quick processing times...and that we can all support each other in the anxiousness of waiting!

the count-down for me to see my fiance is... 9 days! i'm so excited. it will be the best new year ever!

Welcome! Yah, i dont think there is a way to track money orders so u probably just have to wait till you get your NOA1 in the mail. I'm waiting for mine also, it's taking a little bit too long.
