I called the 800 # they state the site can not hold anymore information but I see you sent for your K1 after us. We mailed our paperwork on the 28th of Oct and I have a receipt # in hand. If you have any ideas how I what I can do to trace mine I would greatly appreciate it.

I agree, I haven't seen a couple of our Dec. folks in here in a while.

Where are all our December filers ? I guess they are all busy getting stuff together for the NOA2.

You know my estimated approval date keeps doing the same thing. I'm now in the third week of April. :star: Yah... Go VCS.

I sent my packet in a month after you... but I'm still hoping for NOA2 no later than my birthday (April 28).

Also, you're right. I've definitely been getting together (or telling my SO to get together) everything we'll need for Packet 3.

Me too! My fiance is here at the moment and we're going to sit down and gather evidence of our continuing relationship. We could give them a novel if they wanted! :reading: I've also looked at the police certificate form for the UK and want to make sure my vaccines are up-to-date. Doing things like these makes the waiting go faster I think!

So sorry to hear about your work situation Joshua.

To use those employment letters would be wrong if you're no longer employed by the company.

Do you have someone that can co-sponsor? Maybe you should start working on getting a co-sponsor while looking for a new job, just for incase.

Getting laid off is my fiance's biggest fear right now, especially since we are almost there.

Strongs! Will keep you in my thoughts. :star:

Wow - I can't believe we're finally at the point where we're talking about NOA2s and the packets thereafter! Fantastic!

- The original K-1 Guide (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=k1guide) offers some details about what to include.

- Here is the download page for all K-1 forms, including post-NOA2 forms (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=k1forms)

- And I thought these sample interview questions were worth looking at, too (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=exampleq#k1)

All the best!!! - JB

I'm so sorry to hear about you job situation Joshua. I think trying to look for a co-sponsor now will be a very good idea. Just incase you get your approval before you are able to find another job. Using your old employment letter will get things a bit too confusing. Unless if you can have your old employer change the dates of your employment to show exactly when you started working there to when you were layed off. Then when you get your new job your can just get a new employment letter and send both of them in. So they can see that you have been working. Hang in there.
