December '08 Vermont K-1 Filers

Hello Everyone !! I didn't see any thread for Vermont December K-1 Filers, so I'll like to start one so we can keep track of our progress. Anyone out there that have mailed out their I-129F package, waiting for their check to be cashed or NOA1. I would love to hear from you all.

Ooooooh that's us! We're so excited to have final started the nail biting process. We just mailed ours out on the 5th priority mail. They received it on the 8th, but still haven't cashed our check and I'm obsessively checking my bank account lol. Come on Noa1!

I know what you mean, i was checking my bank account everyday before my check was cashed. Now i'm waiting to receive my NOA1 in the mail. The last time i checked the USCIS site i was touched on 12/2/08. Just hang tight, your check will be cashed soon.

I mailed on I-129F (packet) on the 4th and they received on the 5th. My check was cashed on the 9th. I spent so much time getting things together that now I feel like I have nothing to do but wait. It will be very interesting keeping up with everyone's progress.

here is one more to the addition, i have sent my packet for I129F (unfortunatly i mailed a moneyorder so i cant check bank account) but i am eagerly waiting for my NOA1 good luck to us all

I'm so glad when i was finally able to mail off my package now everything is moving in slow motion for me. I know it's really early but i like to double and triple check everything i do, so i started printing out the I-134 and the instructions just to see what i'll need for that. I've even started looking for my old tax returns.

Oh! They cashed my check yesterday and then today when I got home from work I had the Noa1 in the mail. I couldn't believe it. It was great!

I hope the rest of the journey is that amazingly fast, but I'm not holding my breath...

PurpleFrog, I am so happy to see that someone else too pictures of their stuff - I actually carried mine around with me while I was gathering all of the docments, afraid to leave it anywhere - what if something happened to it??? It seems like VSC had a little processing burst. I also got my hard copy the day after I was able to view the check online. I'm hoping that's good news for us. Maybe the wait won't be quite so loooooooooooooong. *fingers crossed*

Also, it looks like IGOR'S list is working better. We went from 428 to 434 to 428 again lol.

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 5, 2009 and May 15, 2009.

For awhile there it was estimating end of June. I never thought I'd be so happy to see May as a final date again
