I saw it as a cute "Hot Dog" joke, not someone insinuating that "Dog" is really the favorite food of Filipinos. I think you are reading too deep. There is nothing between the lines but cyberspace.

The only place I ever ate dog by the way, was Korea! I think Bul Goki & Kimchi are still the favorites there!

I would say there are plenty of US Citizens, born and raised, if you weeded them out, who have eaten some pretty disgusting things. I also saw that post as an insult.

I once offended my wife by stereotyping and refering to "you asians...". Never again.... It was an innocent mistake on my part, but a thoughtless and insensitive mistake as well.

As Ive said, the pic is really cute! I laughed when I saw it but coming from an American, saying that HOTDOG is Filipinos' favorite food...well uhm you really can't help but read between the lines. HOTDOG is not an original Filipino food... the title is so wrong. Why didn't he say Americans' favorite food? But then again, Im so used to tallcoolone being so insensitive or trying to start something...like an outrage! lol!
