Do you need a co-sponsor for the fiance visa?? I thought it was only at the AOS stage. Geez I can't keep up. I am a full-time doctoral student and I am not sure if the figure is $14K or $17K that's necessary. I check the website but I think I find something different. Could someone clear this up for me? When would they ask for info of my finances? Thanks!

Chi

Thats's what I heard. My cousin had that issue a couple of years ago. Her parents were not allowed to co-sponsor. Might have changed. How would one find out?
