Hi everybody.. I know this question would sound stupid but here it is..

Is the visa process for spouses of MILITARY and PRIVATE CITIZENS different? (She said that she doesn't know the process as her husband is doing it for her)

Can a military hubby get his wife a visa and take the said visa with him here in the Phil? (I know it is impossible as I am reading the forums in VJ but I just wanna make sure that my so called "friend" is making a fool out of me).

Thanks..

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

maybe she meant that she is in the MILITARY ORDERS of her hubby , if he is going to be assigned here in the Phils. then she can accompany her hubby..

Nah. Her hubby arrived for vacation and she said that HE HAS HER VISA with him so she could leave the country as well after her hubby's vacation.

She is not asking for help. When i spoke with her and told her about the CRBA after giving birth, she told me it is not needed according to her husbie as it is AUTOMATIC. I want to correct her but she is telling me the MOST IMPOSSIBLE thing so I could not do anything. I was hoping that maybe there is such thing as SPECIAL CASES to give her benefit of the doubt. Now I guess, I should tell her to wake up.

Are you going to sit back and say "I told you so" when she comes to you asking for help with filing the petition?

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......
