Hey guys!

My husband is about to file for bankruptcy. I have a status of conditonal permanent resident and my status expires on June 2009,

so I'll start working on the papers for the condition status to be removed.

In general, does anyone know if his bankruptcy can affect my US status, by any means?

I appreciate any help.

ps. VJ is probably the best invention ever for all of us good people giving the respect to the legislation.

Financial status was satisfied when I-864 was filed for AOS, this does not come up after that.

Bankruptcy has no barring on removal of conditions. The condition that is being lifted is the condition that the couple are still in a bona fide marital relationship.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
