Good morning to all,I would like to ask if this is the correct tel number to use for sheduling an interview date

(19091017878) i tried 10 times using my cp and it is always busy.is there other tel number ?

From embassy website: The Immigrant Visa Information Call Center which can be reached at 1-909-101-7878 is available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (Philippine Time). Callers in the USA can contact the Call Center at 1-888-877-9888. There is a fee assessed to callers by the call center for its services.

Also, you can call the embassy directly at +63-2-301-2000 ext. 5184-5185

Hello, Ph, what kind of line we can use for calling the direct line for USEM. have you tried using it? can we use that number for calling interview appointment?Thanks!

you can only contact the immigrant call center from the Philippines if you use a post paid PLDT phone line with NDD and IDD. You can use your smart cell phone if it is post paid (a line) not prepaid. Make sure when you call you have the case number ready to give the operator and a valid email address. They will send your appointment letter via email. Then you can print it out and can get your medical exam done. Good luck. :)
