My fiance and I filled our paperwork out in June.

Now I am getting ready to send them off.

My concern is that they are 5 months old.

Will this be a problem?

The only thing I know is this:

Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph of yourself and a passport-style color photograph of your fiancé(e), with both photos taken within 30 days of the date of filing this petition.. So, not sure how they can tell if it's 30/days or 5/months old.. :unsure:

Just go over the instructions again and see if there is any other time limit on certain docs.
