Hey Everyone,

:dance::dance::dance::dance:

Our day has come!!!! Opened mail today like every other day waiting and got NOA2 dated Dec 4th, but I received today Dec 10th. Postmark from Vermont was December 8th, mailed Monday afternoon.

No email notifications, USCIS website still says PENDING and I have called NVC the last 5 days THINKING it might already be there and they say NO RECORDS found, so I'm assuming it will be in system soon as my mail comes 1-2 days from Vermont and mail from Vermont to NH -NVC office is one day, so this notice should be in system on Dec 12th, if we are lucky. At this point, i am not counting days or hours anymore. Its nice to just know that we can count on Sveta being here in February.

Thanks to everyone who kept our hopes up and it NOW seems like 135-150 is the magic number of waiting days lately, so I wish all of you the best of luck and I KNOW that things will happen fast for you. We are finally able to smile again and the misery of waiting and checking is over and we can get ON with our new life and start 2009 off to a bright new start!!!

We are # 103 on the Igor list today, if anyone was wondering???

be well and Merry Xmas

BTW, I also forgot to mention that I spent TWO days to complete my CHANGE of ADDRESS online and then eventually having the operator at USCIS complete it for me, NEVER went THRU, as my NOA2 came to the OLD address. Luckily , I live in small town and post woman knows me and knew where to deliver. USCIS told me it would take 45 days to put thru a CHANGE OF ADDRESS and i told her I expected to be approved before 45 Days went by, and she told me I'd just have to just and see??? So, obviously, it never got changed. Maybe we should vote to get USCIS Motto changed to JUST WAIT AND SEE!!!! ...Later

I spoke to HUMAN at NVC and she said K-1's don't get on computer until after they left mostly, and then she said 3-4 weeks, which is the standard BS Timeline, just like USCIS!!! I tried the tracking with DHL , just to play with ANY dates and I can't get it to display anything, and I printed out all instructions, so i will try again latyer. Thanks for all the congratulations
