my spouse has a domestic abuse midameanor charge. she is taking the classes in a plea agreement with the prosecuters office. we have reconciled and are wishing to file the final paper work. what should we include other than the police report and all paper work about the classes? is there still any hope for us of getting the us citizenship for my spouse?

A charge is not a conviction. If there is not conviction yet, simply check "no" and file the petition. If there is a conviction already, simply check "yes" and include the applicable court records.
