As of now it seems I am the only one who is waiting for NOA2 in the March/April/May filer category. My case is still stuck in VSC. :crying:

Anyone out there who is still waiting for any movement

Thanks Hollis...But I have no faith on VSC...I am sure until the case gets transferred to CSC I will not get any approval

I was transffered on Nov. 6 to CSC... Already more than 1 month... and still waiting. I am SOOOO DESPERATE.... But can do nothing else than just WAIT............ You are not alone..... We have similar timelines... hopefully we will receive good news soon. I pray to God for all of us that are being kept away from our loved ones, so we can soon be reunited with them.

SO guess we just have to survive

I was very optimistic that I would get my approval by mid december, seems thats not going to happen....

We were trasnferred as well on nov. Getting impatient here also,, I was so excited by the time we were trasnferred bec that means the approval is coming, but month has passed still no news or touch. so sad :(. im still hoping soon we will get approval, lets pray together for our approvals.

Aman have faith! I just checked my case online and I have been APPROVED as of today!! I checked yesterday while I was at work and saw my first touch since transfer, it was updated Dec 10, but the same status as pending. This morning when I checked my email, lo and behold I had approval notice!!

Light at the end of the tunnel!

Jan 26, 2008- Married in Bilpin, NSW Australia

March 10, 2008- NOA1 @ VSC

November 5, 2008- Transfer to CSC

November 10, 2008- Notification of transfer arrived in mail

November 11, 2008- Case status updated online

November 13, 2008- Touched

December 10, 2008- Touched: approval notice dispatched

December 11, 2008- Approval notice via email!

April 25, 2009- Interview notification from NVC

June 23, 2009- Interview Sydney Consulate and Visa APPROVED!

June 25, 2009- Received Passport with Visa in mail

July 20, 2009- Immigration to the USA

am in the same boat bro but from what i seen they working by random ,and the prove for it ya see ppl from march just got approved and others from April and may so its a big big waiting game all we can do pray and wish best of luck for everybody there at vermont or in that journey
