hi! finally after waiting for almost 2 months, my birth cert got sorted out. thank god! i have just applied for the cert of no marriage and i already have my nbi clearance. question -- do i need my birth cert, cenomar and nbi clearance authenticated by malacanang? someone told i should. thanks.

Not if you are immigrating to the US. NO NEED~!

They have to be copies from the NSO, on the NSO (Yellow) paper. The USEM will accept no substitutes. Same thing with NBI, it has to be on NBI paper, again, no sustitutes. Certified copies don't work.
