I-864 Current Income Question, jobs/salary changed during current year

Hello... Trying to fill out form I-864 for submission of AOS package. If my wife (who is a USC sponsor) changed jobs half-way through the year and also had retail jobs to supplement her income, what should she put for questions 23 and 24a:

a. Her annual salary at current full-time employer? (this would be enough to qualify)

or

b. An estimate of 2008 income from all sources (that would be very hard if not impossible to compute right now)?

Also if she has a retail part-time job, should she put that employer/income down as well, even if she doesn't need that figure to qualify?

I would appreciate your thoughts...

Ok here is some help for you to fill up I864. You should estimate her anual incom from all her jobs she had in 2008 (new or old and any part time jobs). She will need to get letters from all her current jobs with information about how long she works for company, her current salary and total hours she work per month. I would sugest to get same letter from her past job too and ask them to indacate how long she been working for this company.

Try to use her last paystab from her previus job and add it from current jobs estimate for this year, it would be almost correct.

When you will send the I864 include copies from last 3 years tax returns (2005 -2007, not 2008 it's not avalable yet) +employers letters and her las paystabs from her current works it will help.

I hope it will help. Good luck
