Lil' nervous guys.

interview on Dec 11. wow. Cant imagine it is happening. have been a long 10 months wait.

We have everything that on the list stated on the interview letter. Birth certificates, lease, bills, W2s, medical exams sealed envelope, employment letters, insurance, assets, etc etc.

As far as pictures, we have a photo album with 120 pictures of our religious wedding. And we have 10 pics of the civil wedding, and around 10 pictures we took when we were dating.

you think that would be enough??

Sep 30 - NOA received

Oct 2 - Bio Letter Received 10/13/2010

Oct 13 - Bio Appointment

Oct 15 - Touched

Dec 22 - Case Approved

Dec 28 - Approval Letter Received. Yay!!

Dec 29 - Permanent Green Card Received. Double Yay!!

Dec 30 - Touched - Case status showed "Post Decision Activity" from "initial review". Done Deal!

Feb 8th - Mailed AOS, EAD, AP

Feb 12th - Package Received

Feb 19th - NOAs for AP(I-131), EAD(I-765) and AOS (I-485) (I-130)

Feb 21st - Appointment letter for biometrics

March 11th - Biometrics

April 4th AOS EAD TOUCHED!

April 4th I-765 Card Production Ordered!

April 4th I-132 Aproval Notice Sent!

April 8th Card Production Ordered (again) what?!

April 11th EAD and AP received in mail. Thank god finally

April 12th Big wedding

Nov 7th Interview Letter Received

Dec 11th Interview 12:45 PM @ Cincinnati OH

Dec 11th Approved! I 551 stamp obtained

Dec 11th Touch - Card Production Ordered.

Dec 16th Touch I485, I130 touch

Dec 17th Welcome letter received in the mail

Dec 17th I485 Touch

Dec 18th thru Jan 5th Out of country

Jan 5th Green Card Received in the mail

Should be plenty.

The wife and I only brought about 30-35 randomly selected pictures, a utility bill, lease and car loan papers.

The IO didn't even look at the paperwork and just quickly browsed through the photos. In and out in less than it took to drive there. :)

AOS Timeline:

7/928 2008 - Mailed packet (I-130, I-485 & I-765)

7/31 2008 - Packet arrives at the Chicago lockbox

8/07 2008 - Checks cashed

8/08 2008 - NOA Received (I-130 & I-485)

8/08 2008 - Application Rejection Letter received for I-765 (Outdated form that expires 08/31/08!!!)

8/11 2008 - Biometrics Notification for August 28th

8/14 2008 - New I-765 received by V. Bustamente

8/18 2008 - Tried a walk-in Biometrics but office closed(!!)

8/19 2008 - CRIS email. RFE #1

8/23 2008 - RFE Letter. Birth Certificate (wth?!?)

9/09 2008 - NOA for I-765 received

9/12 2008 - EAD Biometrics notice for 9/29

9/16 2008 - CRIS email. RFE received on 9/11 and case resumed.

9/26 2008 - EAD Biometrics completed and touched online.

11/07 2008 - EAD Card production ordered.

11/08 2008 - Interview Notice for December 09th.

11/20 2008 - EAD arrived in mailbox and work resumed.

12/09 2008 - Interview. AOS approved and card production ordered.

12/10 2008 - AOS Touched.

12/12 2008 - AOS Touched again.

12/15 2008 - AOS Touched a third time (which usually means the card is in the mail! Hurray!)

Just try to relax interview is pretty easy its all about you and your SO. I think you are ready to go... I don't even brought photo album during my interview just presented 12 pictures pasted in bond paper with description below, the IO took everything.
