I don't know if I'm over-reacting. I sent out my completed I-129F to the Vermont Service Center on May 23 and it was received on the 25. I've been looking through everyone's timelines and I imagined I would be receiving an NOA1 by now. I haven't. Worse still . . . the check has yet to be cashed. Do I need to be worried???? :unsure:

Everything seems pretty much on hold with Vermont right now with IMBRA... You should be fine just expect alot of delay till things get some what back in order......Welcome to VJ :luv:

There was a holiday weekend within the time of your filing.... VT has been the fastest service center but everyone is delayed now. Get used to it, unfortunately.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

Thanks. I figured there would be some delay with IMBRA but I just didn't imagine they wouldn't cash my check by now. I don't ever remember the government not wanting my money. :D I feel better even though now I know it's going to take a lot longer than planned before we can be together again.
