CAN I MAKE INFOPASS APPOINTMENT???

I am writing this in behalf of my relatives who have few ideas regarding immigration. Anyhow, my auntie who is from Philippines are being petitioned by her sister here in US. Everything goes smooth sailing in the process,and recently her sister(USC) received RFE letter asking for Police certificate, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate & Passport Photocopy.They have everything ready to submit except "Police Certificate" (bec. they used to work in Libya).... Now, they found out that issuance of Police certificate takes 2-3mos! and i guess the RFE letter is good only for 60-days, Am i right for this?

Now to make this story short, Can auntie (USC):

1.) Can she make an INFOPASS APPOINTMENT? to discuss option to mail what she have?

2.) Can she submit all the necessary documents what she have right now attached to the RFE letter and mail? and

Police certificate will follow or rather show it to the Embassy during Interview day?

Please,please hope somebody can help me..they're very stress out and i feel bad for them. I promise them i will help them whatever info'. i could ask here in the forum....i know some members here i guess have the same situation like them....pls any ideas or opinion can share...God bless...

An Infopass appointment won't help because it sounds like their case is now at the National Visa Center. Tell your aunt to call them at 603-334-0700 and explain what the situation is, they should be able to guide her regarding this issue.

Thank you for your effort to reply my post. Yes you are right..that's what the attorney told us too...Guess that's the best thing we will do this time..Thanks again & God bless....
