Iam planning to go to Egypt for 3 months .. How long I can be ouside USA while iam on Conditioned GC?

3 months is fine, just don't exceed 6 months if you wish to become a US citizen, and don't exceed 1 year with out a re-entry permit.

My uncle was not Granted citizenship because he did not stay in the states while on his permanent GC, he would leave for 6 months or more and come in for 2,

Yes, that's less than 6 months, you should be OK.

You can apply for naturalization (citizenship) 3 months before your three year anniversary as a permanent resident, so look on your green card for the date your residency began. We didn't know this and my wife applied after her three year anniversary, it cost her the chance to vote for Obama.
