My one year extension for lifting of conditions expires on January 23rd so with no indication of any progress on my I-751 application (last touched 3-3-08) and with Christmas looming, I figure it might be wise to get my passport stamped in case things drag on or I get an RFE. I went to the USCIS website to make an InfoPass appointment but none of the four options for a case that has already been filed seem appropriate. They are:

1)Order from immigration court

2)Case processing appointment (if you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing)

3)EAD enquiry appointment

4)Case services follow up appointment (if it has been more than 45 days yadda yadda.......and you must bring your service request ID number)

I have to choose one to make an appointment so any idea which is the correct one?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your replies cookiee and Ree. I used Ree's suggestion and was able to make an appointment.

Thanks again to both of you.
